Our platforms are shipped directly to your location. The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and our current production schedule. We strive to ensure a prompt and efficient delivery process.
The platforms will arrive on a pallet, with or LTL (less than truckload) carrier. The truck will be equipped with a lift gate and the driver will have a pallet jack. When the carrier picks up your order, within 24 hours you should receive a call or text from the carrier to schedule a delivery. The delivery usually requires a 4 hour window. You will agree with the scheduler of a time to be available and your order should arrive on the agreed upon date and within the window of time. You will need to sign for the order and show the driver where you would like your pallet with the order placed. Drivers are allowed to place your pallet anywhere on your property that they can move the pallet jack, as long as it is not an inside delivery. Ideally, you would have the pallet placed nearest to the door that you will be bringing your new weightlifting platform through for the final installation location.
Most weightlifting platform orders are produced within 30 to 45 days, depending on the time of year and maintenance schedule for the factory. Once the order is ready to dispatch, it can take from 2 to 6 days for transport and delivery.
